Virus removal will generally take about an hour per PC. Some slower or heavily infected units take longer as do computers with large amounts of data.
Operating System Restore: Techs and users often have very different ideas of what a full Operating System Restore includes. If you only want windows installed and your PC has a "restore partition" built in, the restore is quick, easy and short (30minutes to an hour). A restore from CD/DVD will generally take 1 to 1.5 hours on a desktop and 1.5 to 2 hours on a laptop.
If you want your data preserved, all the latest updates, and all of your programs reinstalled, then this task will run considerably longer. I price full reinstalls on a case by case basis.
Wireless Networking: In most cases, an hour or less plus parts as needed.
System Backup: You need backup. Your pictures, email, homework, personal documents etc are just part of the solution I can provide. My recommendation is full system "imaging" to a backup hard disk. This method allows you to recover your PC from a total hard disk failure. Not just your data, the entire hard disk is restored. This also happens to be a great way to recover from a virus! $250 includes a 1 Terabyte Backup drive and Backup software for Windows XP/Vista/Win7.
