I am very proud to say that I hear this all the time! I really enjoy working on computer systems but it wasn't my life long career. I spent many years in retail sales. I learned early on to be customer service oriented. As a sales person I learned how to connect with a client and explain the features and benefits of a product in easy to understand terms. I deliver high quality technical expertise at a reasonable price. I'll give you honest feedback on the health of your system and I never try to up-sell unnecessary hardware or software. It's my job to interface equally well with you and your PC to put you back in control.

For most PC's this is true. If your system is nearing retirement age, I'll give you options and possible outcomes so that you can make an informed choice. Sometimes it's less expensive to buy a new PC than to repair an old one. I will let you know within 15 minutes of trouble shooting what my estimate of the cost to repair will be.
Unlike the big retail chains, I am not here to push new hardware as the best solution. My primary goal is to help you make a good choice based on your needs and budget.
Experience:
I have been Building and trouble shooting Windows based PC computers since 1997 and Windows based servers since 2001. I completed the Microsoft Certified System Engineer + Security course of studies at Johns Hopkins Computer Career Institute in 2005. I worked as an advanced technician for Visiting Geeks in Washington DC for just over a year Before returning to NH. I took on a similar role for a Merrimac MA based PC repair company before going independent in late 2007. I presently subcontract my services to Network/Computer repair companies in addition to servicing my local clients. References are available on request.
Price:
$85 per hour with a $40 minimum. You can supply your own parts and software or I will supply them for you at reasonable prices. For non-standard or special order parts and software items I will require a 100% deposit before order. Click here for some typical prices.
